Students may register for courses or events by phone, e-mail, or in-person at our offices.  Contact Us for more information.

Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless other arrangements are made in advance. Cash, check, credit card, or company purchase orders are all acceptable payment methods. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and now Discover Card Options. Athena also accepts Microsoft Software Assurance vouchers, Cisco Learning Credits and Citrix vouchers.

Training Vouchers

We offer an incentive for companies to increase training opportunities and with assisting students who are working towards their IT certifications. Training vouchers are discounted, pre-paid classes purchased in quantity. Training vouchers can be used for any class offered by Athena, unless otherwise noted. Discount rates are based on the number of classes/vouchers purchased. Call or e-mail us for more information or to order training vouchers today.

Test Vouchers and Prep Materials

Our facilities are equipped to provide tests to our students for their certifications. Call to learn how to schedule for a test. In order to help our students to prepare for certification tests, we also offer Transcender. Test vouchers are not included in the cost of class, but are available for purchase.

Class Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling of a course for or by a student must be given in writing to an Athena Education Consultant at least ten business days prior to the start date of the course in order to receive a refund.

  • A cancellation fee of 100% will be assessed if the cancellation policy is not followed.
  • Companies can opt to send a replacement attendee to the training course.
  • All courses are subject to a minimum enrollment.
  • Athena reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any course.
  • Any unused funds are forfeit if not used within one year, unless otherwise noted.

Retake / Audit Policy

For a full year from the original class date, students are welcome to repeat any course (on a space available basis) previously completed at Athena. Eligibility to retake a class is based on course content remaining the same. This does not include materials, new product revisions, or courses that have been revised. Contact your Education Consultant to schedule retake/audit a class.

Room Rental

Payment is due at time of reservation. Cancellations must be given in writing 20 business days prior to the event. A cancellation fee of 100% will be assessed if the cancellation policy is not followed.
